<p>Enhanced Mobile Service for AirChina Phoenix Members</p>
<p>June 18. An enhanced mobile service product based on the mobile technology platform,<br />
&#8220;AirChina Phoenix Mobile Service&#8221;, was announced at the Renaissance Beijing Hotel.<br />
This is another step to provide outstanding service for AirChina customers using highly<br />
effective, convenient and personalized mobile technology. AirChina has started to<br />
employ mobile check-in service at Terminal 3 of the Beijing Capital International Airport.<br />
The AirChina Phoenix Mobile Service will be formally online on June 22.</p>
<p>Although airline companies are all trying to cut down operation costs facing the global<br />
economic crisis, carrying service principles of &#8220;Relaxed, Convenience, Comfortable and<br />
Inspiring&#8221;, AirChina is continually investing large amounts of human resources, material<br />
resources and financial resources to develop customer service products. Through<br />
abundant customer survey, considering the special business trip characters of Phoenix<br />
Members and satisfying Members&#8217; requirements for mobile service, AirChina joined in a<br />
partnership with an advanced 3G industry application technology company-SView<br />
(SView Mobile Technologies Company) to develop a new mobile service product.<br />
With a mobile phone supporting JAVA and access to GPRS, Phoenix Members can enjoy<br />
this service. Now members can easily receive a flying miles statement, acquire &#8220;AirChina<br />
Phoenix&#8221; real time information updates, and obtain an &#8220;E &#8211; Phoenix Card” which<br />
represents membership. Besides this, members can connect to the Phoenix Telephone<br />
Service through the Phoenix Hot Lines on their E-Phoenix Card, where special staff will<br />
be ready to to solve their problem. Furthermore, in order to guarantee members’<br />
security, there is a Membership Validation Process when opening the &#8220;AirChina Phoenix<br />
Mobile Service System&#8221;. Members will input their AirChina Member Card Number and<br />
Password to start the application, so that the members&#8217; information safety are ensured.</p>
<p>In the Press Conference, the General Manager of the AirChina Marketing Department,<br />
Zhang Chunzhi, said that, &#8220;This service launch, is the first time in the China civil aviation<br />
industry to utilize mobile phones as communication platform to offer one-on-one<br />
service to customers. AirChina Phoenix has started to provide our members with real<br />
application services. We melt AirChina Phoenix&#8217;s thoughtful service principles together<br />
with modern mobile commercial technology to offer members, an engaging user<br />
experience. Through this mobile service, we not only achieve an effective mobile<br />
services application, but also avoid paper waste, which aligns with our environmentally<br />
friendly initiatives.”</p>
<p>Along with the development of 3G networks and mobile technology and requirement of<br />
personalized service from AirChina customers, AirChina Phoenix Mobile Service will<br />
continue to incrementally add services like Mobile Redemption, Mobile Shopping,<br />
Sending Coupons, Checking Flight Information, Mobile Purchasing Ticket and other<br />
outstanding services, which will allow members to receive instant information, more<br />
personalized service, and will provide members with AirChina&#8217;s exemplary service..</p>
