  • United States: With operations commencing in January 2009, SView services are capable of reaching over 210 million mobile subscribers on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint and T-Mobile networks.  SView has focused on building an initial set of beta release customers that include, HSN Interactive, LLC, Amazon.com, AT&T Interactive, eBay, Facebook, Walmart/Sams Club, Microsoft and others.

Competitive Landscape, Service Not Software

Nominally, SView competes with several known software companies, including Adobe, Microsoft Corporation, Cerience and Smith Micro. In addition, SView competes with many service providers that build services using alternative technologies like SMS, MMS, email and the Mobile Web; however, none delivers the ubiquity and range of compelling capabilities of SView.

SView provides an end-to-end a mobile content publishing service to its customers with “carrier-class” scalability and reliability. Replicating the core application and configuration functionality that SView has developed and commercialized, and adapting the customer interface to meet the particular needs of each geographic market, SView has created a broad global capability that can be configured to meet local requirements.

SView believes that this strategy positions it as an attractive alternative for prospective customers and creates partnership opportunities that augment or complement the capabilities our competitors deliver to the marketplace.

Low Risk Business Model

SView’s business model is based on driving repeated sales of reference applications that are delivered as hosted or cloud-based, configurable, scalable services across the markets it serves.

These sales generate annual per-user subscription fees, transaction-based fees, and revenue sharing for sales and advertising delivery.

This approach lets SView’s customers acquire our services as an expense, with no capital expense outlays, while containing the capital investment related to service delivery for SView.
